The Netherlands Chamber Choir plays a prominent role in the Dutch choral sector and invests in maintaining and further developing choral culture. In addition, we offer a scope for training and guiding young talented singers and makers in various talent development programs. We tell stories through singing. We believe that we can transform the vulnerability of the voice into a powerful way to touch and connect people. That's why we don't just want to ónce on stage to sing for our audience, we like to invite the audience, to stand next to us, to engage in conversation and sing along. We look around us, at the choral sector as a whole and participate in various projects to train the next generation of choral singers.
The choral generation of the future. That is what the Nederlands Kamerkoor is committed to in various ways. In addition to our program NKK NXT, for example, we work together with the youth choir project YARA and the Royal Conservatory in The Hague organizes with us the Master's Specialization in Ensemble Singing.

With development track NKK NXT, talented young vocalists are trained to become professionals of the future and new singing talent is given the opportunity to experiment with new forms of choral music. Each year a new trajectory takes place, where there is room for 8 singers to create their own concert.
