If _ could speak, what would she say?
For centuries, women have been depicted as perfect, flawless beings in museums. Silent muses, admired day in and day out. What would they tell you if they could speak? What do they feel? Who are they?
In this unique performance, the singers of NKK NXT draw inspiration from women framed against walls. Eight vocalists from different countries and cultures meet as a new work of art and reflect on experiences about being a woman. With their voices, they literally reclaim space: as a group and as eight individuals.
With this performance, the vocalists conclude their traineeship with the Netherlands Chamber Choir. After this, they will continue as an ensemble under the new name CIRCE.
