The story of the last days of the Son of God has deeper layers of interpretation and continuous wonder. Bach wrote music with a great arc of tension in which choir and orchestra work together, complement each other or challenge each other. Peter Dijkstra leads an unmissable combination with a cast of star soloists, the Netherlands Chamber Choir and the boys' voices of the Hague Sailors' Choir.
